Honestly can’t recommend Peter & Ali enough! From start to finish their professionalism was outstanding putting us at ease with the process. Communication was brilliant keeping us informed and checking in throughout the clean. They did a deep clean for us in our uncles property who has sadly passed away and they showed understanding and empathy throughout. Outstanding service and exceptional kindness I had my mum’s home deep cleaned today by Ali and Lita, and I honestly can’t speak highly enough of them. The cleaning itself was absolutely outstanding, every corner of the house was spotless and beautifully done, but what really stood out was how kind, patient and respectful they were with my mum. She has dementia, and they were just brilliant with her, warm, reassuring, and so gentle in the way they spoke to her and worked around her. It made what could have been a stressful day feel calm and positive. It meant a lot to me as her daughter to see her treated with such dignity and care. I started the ball rolling getting in touch via Facebook and Peter was really quick in getting back to me to set a date. After the clean, the house looks Incredible I was really happy with it. I wasn't home at the time but noticed in the cameras that the boss turned up midway through the clean for a check which I thought was a nice touch. A proper invoice was sent through as well which really gives this company a professional feel. An absolute 5 star service and I'll be sure to use you again.

I Had to arrange a deep clean at short notice, and not only was the service excellent the cleaning and professionalism was exceptional! Nothing was too much trouble for Tracey and what was going to be a one off clean has now become a weekly scheduled clean! Her attention to detail is something else! And I came home to the house feeling homely and relaxing whilst being spotless! Which is hard to achieve with 2 small boys I’ve now also booked in an upholstery cleaning for my sofa, and a deep oven clean! There is nothing these guys don’t offer which is just a much welcomed convenience! Thankyou again for your amazing work!

It is a new build home and they got it back to that, ready for the painter to come in. Carpets and floors were gleeming like new. I had fleas in the summer sadly brought in by a pet. They had me demented. Quidos came around and did a thorough clean and anhiliated them. They unfortunately came back which is the nature of stubborn fleas, not the companys fault. Quidos came for a second blast and get rid of them once and for all. It was a relief. Friendly staff and great service! Very reasonably priced too.

I have been using Quidos Cleaning Services for the cleaning work I have had requests for since early last year. Following the excellent deep-clean provided on 26 August, I had my first regular fortnightly clean today. Once again, it was Rachel and Vicki who attended and, once again, they worked like troupers. I am very impressed with the standards that Quidos Cleaning demonstrate consistently. Not only is the cleaning work excellent but also the attitude and aptitude of the workforce. I must say, when Rachel and Vicki arrive, it is more like having a couple of good friends visiting rather than having contract cleaners in the home. Nothing is too much trouble and both ladies are considerate of the fact that I have several dogs and they do not enter a room without knocking to see if it is convenient to enter first. I have used the services of other cleaning companies in the past. Quidos, however, puts all others in the shade. Congratulations and thank you so much!

After unexpectedly becoming a victim to the current pandemic we unfortunately had to close the Waterfront Fish Restaurant on the fish Quay, North Shields pending a deep clean sanitizing treatment. I contacted Quidos Cleaning Services after numerous recommendations about their service. They were very accommodating and arranged a rapid response consultation and sanitizing service. The full restaurant including the food preparation area was sanitized from top to bottom the following day. A very thorough and professional service producing COSHH assessments for the anti-viral chemicals used which were suitable for health care and food processing areas. A well explained and safety conscious service with the added bonus of the receipt of sanitization certificates illustrating the harmful viruses and bacteria the restaurant had been treated for.
