Domestic Cleaning Services

Ali is a truly exceptional person whose kindness when our family were going through a really tough time was just amazing. She was so instinctively, flexible and efficient. Quidos offered us a brilliant service and we will always be grateful. Thank you!

The team were brilliant from the start, easy to discuss the options of the deep clean of my 80 yr old mother's house. They completed an assessment of the house first and put my mother at ease. Ali and her co-worker arrived early morning and worked non-stop for 11 hours. My mother is amazed at the results and we both thoroughly recommend the team at Quidos to complete deep clean of any house. Thank you everyone at Quidos.

After going through a really bad time and letting my living conditions slip i really needed help getting myself and my home back to where needed. I contacted Peter and Ali and from that moment I was over the moon with their professionalism and understanding. The consultation, quote and actual service were completed in quick time. The standard of their deep clean was unbelievable and I couldn't be happier right now. What a service and what a team. They should be commended on the support they provide for people in need. Keep doing what you are doing cos you are changing lives. Thankyou so much and I will certainly be back in touch in the future.

Ali and Anita cleaned our 4 rooms and hallway on the 31st march 2026. nothing were too much trouble. Very pleased with there work and would recommend this company. Thank you again Mel x

First time using a cleaning service, and am very impressed. They cleaned things I would never have been able to do. Super friendly and supportive. I'm honestly upset with myself that I didn't give in years ago to get this sorted. Can't recommend enough! A+

Phenomenal house clean performed today by Ali and Lita. My house is squeaky clean, I have never been so happy with a cleaning company. Thank you very much. Helen

Extremely impressed with the full service from Peter & Ali at Quidos Cleaning Services. From the first contact the reply and quotation was almost instant, they booked us in very quick and the quality of the deep clean including two ovens was amazing. I would highly recommend this company for any cleaning requirements and we will certainly be using them again in the future. An absolute pleasure to work with. Thanks Peter & Ali.

From the initial consultation, to receiving the quote to arranging the work to turning up on the day, everything was spot on. Communication superb and timely, nothing too much trouble. The actual deep clean - wow, just blown away, such a difference, everything fresh and clean. Extremely thorough clean and 2 of the friendlliest cleaners you could wish to meet 🙂 Cannot recommend enough. 10/10

Honestly can’t recommend Peter & Ali enough! From start to finish their professionalism was outstanding putting us at ease with the process. Communication was brilliant keeping us informed and checking in throughout the clean. They did a deep clean for us in our uncles property who has sadly passed away and they showed understanding and empathy throughout. As for the clean I have no idea how they did it but it was outstanding!! Beyond what we expected and we would highly recommend Quidos to anyone!! Thank you Peter and Ali again it was just amazing!

Great service. Would highly recommend!

Outstanding service and exceptional kindness I had my mum’s home deep cleaned today by Ali and Lita, and I honestly can’t speak highly enough of them. The cleaning itself was absolutely outstanding, every corner of the house was spotless and beautifully done, but what really stood out was how kind, patient and respectful they were with my mum. She has dementia, and they were just brilliant with her, warm, reassuring, and so gentle in the way they spoke to her and worked around her. It made what could have been a stressful day feel calm and positive. It meant a lot to me as her daughter to see her treated with such dignity and care. I would recommend them without hesitation, not just for their professional standards, but for the way they bring genuine compassion into what they do. Thank you both so much. 💛

I would 100% recommend. Incredibly thorough, professional and hardworking. Your service has really made a difference to our home.Thank you so much!

We at Kendal House Whitley Bay couldn't be happier with the results ,The carpets and chairs look brand new making the home feel lovely and fresh again. Your team were very professional and friendly and kindly went ahead with the job at a time suited around our residents making sure to not unsettle them. We really appreciate their attention to detail and the care they took with our home. We would definitely recommend your company to anyone looking for reliable and thorough carpet cleaning.

Quickly arranged a date for services, really professional and lovely people to deal with.

Incredible service! Such lovely people! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a full clean! We've paid for deep cleans before from other companies who looked good on social media and reviews and been disappointed, but we knew from our first chat with Jackie that we were in good hands. Will definitely book again in future!

Thank you to jackie and quidos for an excellent job, it was a pleasure walking into my home, from arranging the initial apt to completion was hassle free. I have now arranged a regular clean. Highly recommended, Thank you

The girls who came to clean were friendly and relaxed but more importantly have done a 5 star job on an end of tenancy clean on a 2 bed, 1 bath ground floor flat - everything looks new! Well worth the money, highly recommend. Communication was good with the manager in terms of booking and timings etc through Facebook messenger. Thanks team. Rachel

Had these guys out to do a deep clean on my house yesterday and I can't stress enough how happy I am with it. I started the ball rolling getting in touch via Facebook and Peter was really quick in getting back to me to set a date. After the clean, the house looks Incredible I was really happy with it. I wasn't home at the time but noticed in the cameras that the boss turned up midway through the clean for a check which I thought was a nice touch. A proper invoice was sent through as well which really gives this company a professional feel. An absolute 5 star service and I'll be sure to use you again.

Fantastic end of tenancy clean. Amazed at how clean the house was, cleaner worked extremely hard and also did an oven clean. Would definitely recommend.

Had a full house clean done before putting a house on the market. Tracy has done a great job, very happy with her work.

Tracey is our main cleaner on site at our company . She is amazing and definitely goes the extra mile for us . Super happy with every clean she has done for us so far . Will be recommending Quidos to everyone 🙂

Tracy does a wonderful job maintaining the communal areas, I’m highly impressed with the standard she achieves!

Absolutely amazing job done today. Tracey is a magician. Great company. Definitely recommend and will use in future. Thank you

Tracey was fantastic! Couldn’t fault any of the work that she did! Will definitely be having her return in the future!

Peter and his team were wonderful - right from the initial enquiry, site inspection pre-cleaning, and completing what we felt was an enormous job. They were kind, understanding and sympathetic - fantastic bedside manner dealing with what was for us a traumatic experience. I can't rate them highly enough. They even offered on-going mental health support. More than 5 stars from us.

Turned up exacatly when booked and put a shift in cleaning a very dirty kitchen that had not seen a bit cleaning for a long time No issues

Am so pleased with the cleaning service in my flat would recommend to anybody so thorough and professional have done a marvellous job

I Had to arrange a deep clean at short notice, and not only was the service excellent the cleaning and professionalism was exceptional! Nothing was too much trouble for Tracey and what was going to be a one off clean has now become a weekly scheduled clean! Her attention to detail is something else! And I came home to the house feeling homely and relaxing whilst being spotless! Which is hard to achieve with 2 small boys I’ve now also booked in an upholstery cleaning for my sofa, and a deep oven clean! There is nothing these guys don’t offer which is just a much welcomed convenience! Thankyou again for your amazing work!

Fantastic service from Tracey very thorough and friendly highly recommend x

I cannot recommend this company enough. Friendly, professional, easy to deal with and by far the most skilled cleaners I’ve ever had

Excellent and professional service, would recommend

Fantastic job done couldn't ask for more well done Tracey

Massive difference compared to the other cleaning company I used to use.

Had my mams house carpets cleaned, full house done very reliable and very good standard of work. Happy customer

Good service, recomend

We had our whole house of carpets cleaned by Quidos Cleaning Services. Amazing results from a very professional company. Highly recommend.

Had a deep clean done absolutely fantastic work..

Friendly and professional. Really happy with the quality of cleaning. Thank you!

Absolutely Brilliant experience with this company. I moved into a property described as 'well lived in' which was a bit of an understatement to say the least. The team at Quidos came out swiftly after i contacted them, gave us advice and informed us of the services suitable to us They then contacted with a quote which was fantastic and we booked in. They arrived promptly and on time and began their work. Despite seeing pictures of their previous jobs i was still a bit apprehensive as to what they could achieve given the state of what they had to work on. Once they had completed i was blew away. It is a new build home and they got it back to that, ready for the painter to come in. Carpets and floors were gleeming like new. Bathroom had mould and was a mess in general they got it looking great again. Place was fresh, clean and actually on the way to feeling like a home. Would highly recommend. Thankyou Quidos

We had a deep clean from Rachel and her coworker the other day. Very pleased with the results, they even cleaned the window shut, tops of kitchen cupboards etc. Great workers and very nice people.

An excellent job carried out today. They arrived on time, we're friendly but professional and did a very thorough and efficient job of cleaning our carpets. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Quidos or to use them again in the future. Thank you.

I had fleas in the summer sadly brought in by a pet. They had me demented. Quidos came around and did a thorough clean and anhiliated them. They unfortunately came back which is the nature of stubborn fleas, not the companys fault. Quidos came for a second blast and get rid of them once and for all. It was a relief. Friendly staff and great service! Very reasonably priced too.

Very helpful from start to finish and worked around our needs. Great job done cleaning and sanitizing our house.

Had my oven cleaned today and it is absolutely amazing and looks like a brand new oven, thanks so much for the amazing service😄

After working endless hours from home and being mentally drained to do my own house clean I decided to call Quidos Cleaning Services to carry out a domestic deep clean. I was speechless with end result and I must say what a professional service. Thanks guys highly recommend
