Once our cleaning technicians have completed the recruitment and training process they are then required to read our health and safety policy and then thoroughly read through the risk assessments and method statements involved in the service they are going to carry out. Once confirmation that a full understanding of the risks and process involved, the cleaning technicians are required to sign the appropriate RAMS.
On-Site Equipment Training

Once the customer has been fully informed and has read and signed our toolbox talk, the cleaning supervisor then carries out an on-site workplace risk assessment to identify and highlight any hazards that could pose a risk during the service. Hazards are identified and recorded and dealt with immediately prior to the service commencement.
General Public Health And Safety
The cleaning supervisor is then required to protect the general public and erect exclusion zones and signage to prevent unauthorised entry into the treatment area.
Personal Protective Equipment
Once all health and safety controls are in place and the cleaning supervisor is satisfied that all health and safety precautions have been taken, they are required to wear full PPE which involves full body protection and respiratory protection depending on the service they are executing.
